Free Shipping Offer:

Enjoy Free Shipping on orders over $150 in total product value (after any discounts) to most areas in the Continental USA. Please note that certain bulky products are excluded from this offer. Unfortunately, Hawaii and Alaska are also excluded from this Free Shipping Offer, but we strive to maintain shipping charges at the basic cost incurred by couriers.

Shipping Charges:

We offer a flat $9.99 shipping rate for all Continental USA orders under $150.  Hawaii and Alaska will be charged the basic rates incurred by chosen couriers.  International orders will also be charged the listed rate for shipping.

Order Fulfillment:

We make every effort to process and verify orders promptly. Most orders placed before 12 pm EST are fulfilled on the same day, although during busy periods, such as holidays, fulfillment may take up to 1 full business day. Orders placed after the cutoff time or on weekends will be fulfilled the following business day. Please note that priority and express shipping services do not include Saturday delivery.

Delivery Time:

Products are shipped out of our location in South Florida and most orders will arrive in 2-4 days from ship date.

Order Tracking:

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number for monitoring its progress. If your parcel is taking longer than expected, we recommend tracking it using the information emailed to you.

Pick-Up Option:

We currently do not offer a pick-up option.

Change or Cancel Order:

You can change or cancel your order if it has not been verified and picked by our warehouse. Email us promptly with the required changes, and we will manually process them. Once the order details are sent to the courier, changes cannot be made.

Shipping Carrier:

We strive to provide the best and most cost-effective shipping options across the USA. For retail customer orders, we typically use UPS Ground due to its extensive coverage.
