At Marine Ceramics, we stand behind our nano ceramic coatings with complete confidence. Our guarantee is simple and straightforward.If you are not satisfied with the performance of the coating itself, please reach out to us. We will provide a personalized consultation to understand the situation, review application conditions, and help identify any factors that may have affected results. If, after consultation, the coating is determined not to be performing as intended, we will replace the product at no charge and work directly with you to ensure proper use and application guidance moving forward. Reshipments are limited to one replacement per original order.

This guarantee covers the ceramic coating product only. Installation quality, surface preparation, cure conditions, environmental exposure, and labor are the responsibility of the installer. Marine Ceramics does not perform or warranty installation services unless explicitly stated in writing.

To qualify for our no-hassle guarantee, it is required to purchase and use our “Ceramic Maintenance Products” which are specifically designed to preserve and maximize the longevity and health of the coating. Improper care of the ceramic coatings will result in diminished effectiveness, whereas properly maintaining your coatings will typically far exceed expectations.

- Purchase Maintenance Products: Simply purchase the “Ceramic Maintenance Kit” or one of our “Premium Ceramic Coating Kits” which includes the required Specialty Maintenance Products to ensure you have everything you need for the health and care of your coatings.
- Use Maintenance Products: Use "Ceramic Maintenance Products" as directed. Our maintenance products, when used as directed, will not only enhance and provide a beautiful, “like new” finish, but will also ensure a much longer lasting surface protection, in many cases far exceeding our 100% satisfaction guarantees.
