    Product Directions

    Getting Started:

Surface Inspection:  Begin by inspecting the surface you intend to treat. Look for imperfections such as scratches, oxidation, or swirl marks.

Pad Selection:  Choose the appropriate application pad based on the level of correction required and the desired finish.

    • Cutting:  For heavy cutting or removal of deeper imperfections, use a hard or aggressive cutting pad.
    • Polishing:  For a finer polish or gloss enhancement, select a softer polishing pad. (wool or foam)

    Product Preparation:

    • Shake the bottle of "Marine Ceramics - Premium Marine 1-Step" thoroughly before use to ensure proper mixing of the compound.

    Application:

    • Apply a small amount of the compound directly onto the chosen application pad. Spread the product evenly onto the surface to be treated in a manageable section, avoiding excessive product application.

    Compound Action:

    • When using an aggressive pad, work the compound into the surface using a moderate pressure and slow, overlapping motions.
    • For a polishing action, use a softer pad (wool or foam) and lighter pressure, allowing the compound to refine the surface.

    Work in Sections:

    • Focus on treating one manageable section at a time to ensure even coverage and effective correction.

    Inspection and Adjustment:

    • Inspect the treated area to ensure the desired level of cutting or polishing has been achieved.  If necessary, repeat the application process to further refine or correct imperfections.

    Buffing and Wiping:

    • Using a clean, dry microfiber towel, buff the treated section to remove any excess compound residue and reveal the treated surface's shine.
    • inspect the treated area for any remaining imperfections or residue. Repeat the application process if further correction is needed.

    Important:

    • Always perform a small test in an inconspicuous area to ensure compatibility and check for any adverse reactions before applying the product extensively.
    • Adjust the application method, pressure, and pad selection based on the surface condition, desired correction level, and the type of finish required.
    • Always use in a well-ventilated area and wear appropriate protective gear as needed.
